Please note that a report on violation of the requirements of the Law of Ukraine "On the Prevention of Corruption" can be made without attribution (anonymously) and other information that identifies the applicant. The message will be considered if the information provided in it concerns a specific person, contains factual data that can be verified. In case of non-compliance with the specified requirements, the message will not be considered. Also, messages that contain obscene or offensive language, threats to the life, health and property of officials and their family members are not considered. The text of such messages will be sent to law enforcement agencies. The message is subject to verification within fifteen days from the date of its receipt by persons authorized to carry out such verification. If it is impossible to verify the information contained in the message within the specified period, the period for considering the message may be extended up to thirty days from the date of its receipt. A response to the applicant about the results of consideration of the message is provided if he indicates a postal address or e-mail.
