By contacting the phone number (0472) 331144 or to the e-mail address [email protected], you can leave information about the commission of a corruption or corruption-related offense by officials of the State Institution "Territorial Medical Association of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine for the Cherkasy Region", if available reasonable belief that the information is reliable.
Please note that the notification of violation of the requirements of the Law of Ukraine "On Prevention of Corruption" can be made without indicating the authorship (anonymously) and other information that identifies the applicant. The message will be considered if the information provided in it relates to a specific person, contains factual data that can be verified. In case of non-compliance with the specified requirements, the message will not be considered. Also, messages containing obscene or offensive expressions, threats to the life, health and property of officials, as well as their family members, are not considered. The text of such messages will be sent to law enforcement agencies. The notification is subject to verification within fifteen days from the day of its receipt by persons authorized to carry out such verification. If it is impossible to verify the information contained in the message within the specified period, the period for considering the message may be extended up to thirty days from the day of its receipt. An answer to the applicant about the results of the consideration of the message is provided if he specifies a postal address or e-mail.
