State Institution

The state institution "Territorial medical association of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in Cherkasy Region" is an independent state multidisciplinary institution of health care.

The TMA is a budget, non-profit establishment, which refers to the Department of the Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the Operational Subordinate Department of Health and Rehabilitation of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine.

The institution includes:

- Hospital (with polyclinic);

- Medical (military medical) Commission;

- Center for preventive medicine;

- Center for Psychological Assistance and Professional Psychophysiological Selection;

- Sector with socio-humanitarian issues.


The structure of the State Institution "TMA of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in the Cherkasy region" includes:

  • Hospital (with a polyclinic)
  • Medical (military medical) commission;
  • Center for Mental Health and Professional Psychophysiological Selection;
  • Center for Preventive Medicine.

The right to departmental medical support is guaranteed by regulatory legal acts, namely: the Law of Ukraine "On the National Police" (as amended), "On amendments to some legislative acts of Ukraine in connection with the adoption of the Law of Ukraine" On the National Police "", "On Of the National Guard of Ukraine "," On the status of military service veterans, veterans of internal affairs bodies, veterans of the National Police and some other persons and their social protection "," On the status of war veterans, guarantees of their social protection "," On the basic principles of social protection of labor veterans and other elderly citizens in Ukraine ”,“ on the status and social protection of citizens affected by the Chernobyl disaster ”, Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated October 28, 2015 No. 878“ on approval of the Regulation on the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine ”, and others.

In accordance with the Order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of 03.06.2016 No. 462 ((as amended by the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine dated 20.12.2017 No. 1051)

  1. Civil servants and employees of the Ministry of Internal Affairs apparatus, territorial bodies for the provision of services to the Ministry of Internal Affairs, institutions and enterprises related to the management of the Ministry of Internal Affairs;
  2. servicemen of the National Guard of Ukraine (hereinafter referred to as NGU), liable for military service and reservists called up for training or verification and special training, civil servants and employees of the main body of military management of NGU, operational-territorial associations of NGU, formations, military units (subdivisions), higher military educational institutions, military training units (centers), bases, healthcare institutions and institutions;
  3. police officers, civil servants and employees of the central police administration body, territorial (including interregional) police bodies, research and support institutions, enterprises, institutions and organizations related to the management of the National Police;
  4. civil servants and employees of the apparatus of the State Migration Service of Ukraine (hereinafter referred to as the VMI), its territorial bodies and territorial divisions, enterprises, institutions and organizations related to the management of the GTS;
  5. police officers, NGU servicemen, civil servants of the Ministry of Internal Affairs apparatus, in accordance with the law, seconded (seconded) to the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, the Verkhovna Rada of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, other public authorities (institutions, institutions) or local self-government bodies for the duration of their respective powers on an ongoing basis with the abandonment of the police, military service, public service;
  6. persons enrolled in training under the state order for a full-time form at a university with specific conditions of study belong to the sphere of management of the Ministry of Internal Affairs - for the period of study.
  • Police officers who are enrolled in training for primary vocational training or postgraduate education at the location of a higher educational institution - for the period of training.
  • NGU servicemen who are enrolled in training under the state order for a full-time form to a higher military educational institution, a training military unit (centers) of NGU - for the period of study;

citizens of Ukraine from among:

  • former police officers, privates and commanding officers of the internal affairs bodies, who were dismissed from service for health reasons, by age, due to staff reductions;
  • former police officers dismissed from service in the internal affairs bodies due to age, illness or length of service
  • former police officers who, as of the day of the publication of the Law of Ukraine "On the National Police", served in the internal affairs bodies and had a calendar length of service of at least five years and continued to work in the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine or the National Police (their territorial bodies, institutions and institutions ) in positions filled by civil servants in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Civil Service", and in educational, medical institutions, support institutions and research institutions - in any positions and who have been assigned a pension in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Pension Provision of Persons dismissed from military service, and some other persons ”;
  • NGU servicemen dismissed from military service due to age, health status, and persons discharged from military service to the reserve or retired from the internal troops of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine;
  • persons subject to the Laws of Ukraine "On the status of military service veterans, veterans of internal affairs bodies, veterans of the National Police and some other persons and their social protection", "On the status of war veterans, guarantees of their social protection", "On the status and social protection of citizens affected by the Chernobyl disaster "," On the basic principles of social protection of labor veterans and other elderly citizens in Ukraine ", subject to their stay on medical care in a health care institution of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, upon dismissal from service, military service or their position;

         8. family members (wife (husband), children under 18 years old, and in the case of their studies in higher educational institutions - up to 23 years old):

  • police officers, former police officers and former privates and commanding officers of the internal affairs bodies, dismissed from service for health reasons, by age, due to staff reductions;
  • former police officers dismissed from service in the internal affairs bodies due to age, illness or length of service
  • servicemen of NGU (except for military personnel of urgent military service) and persons dismissed from military service of NGU by age, state of health, with a length of service of 20 years or more;
  • police officers, NGU servicemen, in accordance with the law, seconded (seconded) to the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, the Verkhovna Rada of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, other government bodies (institutions, institutions) or local self-government bodies for the duration of their respective powers on a permanent basis, leaving them in police, military service;
  • civil servants and employees of educational institutions, medical and scientific institutions and support institutions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine or the National Police from among the former police officers who, as of the day of the publication of the Law of Ukraine "On the National Police", served in the internal affairs bodies and had a calendar length of service For at least five years and continued to work in the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine or the National Police (their territorial bodies, institutions and institutions) in positions replaced by civil servants in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Civil Service", and in educational, medical institutions, institutions providing and research institutions - in any position, and citizens of Ukraine from among them who have been assigned a pension in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Pension Provisions for Persons Dismissed from Military Service and Certain Other Persons";
  • police officers, privates and commanding officers of the internal affairs bodies, the dead (deceased), missing, disabled while serving in the police (including during participation in international peacekeeping operations), who were assigned a pension in accordance with the Law of Ukraine " About pension provision of persons dismissed from military service, and some other persons "; 
  • NGU servicemen, killed (deceased), missing, disabled during military service or injured in captivity during hostilities (war) or during participation in international peace and security operations, if these persons served at NGU NOT less than 20 calendar years, and servicemen of the internal troops of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, dead (dead), missing, becoming disabled during military service before the entry into force of the Law of Ukraine "On the National Guard of Ukraine".
